What does FirstOps do for a dental practice today?
Two things: insurance payment posting (reading each remittance, posting clean payments, recording write-offs and flagging denials worth disputing) and insurance verification before the visit. More billing work is coming.
How is payment posting priced?
Month to month, with no long-term contract: $750 a month under 250 claims, or $249 a month plus $2 per claim from 250 to 1,000 claims, and a quote above that. Every plan starts with a 2-week free trial. Insurance verification is quoted separately.
